as you know, almost the whole of Singaporeans live in flats.
not all; almost.
and then, people whine about noises.
unwanted sounds.
sometimes i hear bouncing marbles above my apartment.
the odd thing is, there's no one in the apartment above.
crank that! LOL
i think it's rented out.
sane adults wouldn't play with marbles, would they?
and then there's the hammering and dragging of furniture.
wth.
