My life is kinda stale,
even worse than being in a jail.
I do have some freedom,
but it's filled with boredom.
I'm in a r-r-r-r-rut
and the same goes for my h-h-h-h-heart.
"Give yourself a break" they say,
but they didn't say which way.
I kept prayin'
and yea, learnt about surrenderin'.
So I guess now I'll have to wait,
wait patiently for something great.
For now, I just wanna be happy.
