World of Transitions

"How strange that the nature of life is change, yet the nature of human beings is to resist change. And how ironic that the difficult times we fear might ruin us are the very ones that can break us open and help us blossom into who we were meant to be.” - Elizabeth Lesser

I guess we've reached the stage
where all things change.
Full of foreign elements,
and us, trying to make our own amends.
We're floating in our bubbles;
our bubbles of troubles.
It's kinda strange,
for I've never been made to estrange.
I need all these pinches
in the season of Hard Times.
It's catching up on us, on a binge.
And we can only afford to clench
our teeths, our fists, our hearts, our souls.
This is the World of Transitions.

I guess we've reached the stage;
the stage where all things change.
