Why I Stopped

I stopped because I'm feeling the numbness more than ever.
I stopped because it's taking away my morality day by day.
I stopped because it threw my heart and mind into a state of unrest.
I stopped because it's not going to grow me or bring me far.
I stopped because I couldn't feel the "right" in it.
I stopped because I know what I want.
I stopped because I know I deserve better.
And I stopped, because I know it couldn't get any better.

Now I feel the numbness still.
But I know God's with me.
