Whole Grain Aglio Olio

Food is usually categorised into two different groups:
delicious and healthy.
While it is possible for both groups to overlap,
often times they're just from two different poles altogether.

Today I tried cooking Aglio Olio
with whole grain spaghetti.
I don't know how it tastes like or feels like when cooked.
Or how well it can absorb the different types of bases.


I used unsalted butter instead of oil, garlic, beef shabu shabu, parsley, a cili padi and whole grain pasta.

Since I'm trying to cut out white flour from my diet
as much as I can,
I guess I really have to learn how to whip up
palatable dishes with healthy ingredients.
